ReminderMed is a free, user-friendly service that enables you to automatically add blood test reminders alongside your outpatient appointment dates to your mobile calendar. These reminders assist in preparing for upcoming clinic visits by ensuring necessary blood tests are completed, thereby saving time during clinic attendance.
Please select the date and time of your next Outpatient Appointment.
Reminders will be automatically created for you for your blood test and for the appointment itself.
This reminder is intended only for patients who have been prescribed an Amgen medicine. Should you have any concerns or questions regarding your treatment, please speak to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse. Some Amgen medicines are used to treat chronic conditions that require long term treatment. It is important to use these medicines for as long as your doctor prescribes it for you. Do not stop treatment without contacting your doctor.
